Rick Reeder, known around the gym as “Big Rick,” is a seasoned personal trainer with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. Certified through ISSA, ACE, and NASSM, Rick brings both deep knowledge and unmatched dedication to every session.

Rick’s journey into personal training began in his youth, driven by a desire to pursue a medical education and help others improve their lives. That calling, combined with his passion for powerlifting and all forms of strength-based fitness, led him to a career where he could truly make a difference.

Specializing in strength training and sports conditioning, Rick has worked with a wide range of clients — from competitive athletes to seniors, youth, and individuals recovering from injury. His programs are built around effective methods, including push/pull splits, superset training, and customized weekly schedules, always geared toward real, sustainable results.

A competitor himself, Rick has participated in regional and national powerlifting events, with a focus on the core lifts: deadlift, squat, and bench press. His energy, experience, and heart for helping people make him a true cornerstone of the gym.
