Personal trainers often offer a wide range of services, from strength training and weight loss programs to mobility work, nutrition guidance, and sport-specific conditioning. While the list of services may seem extensive, many of these areas naturally overlap. For example, a weight loss program may also include strength training, mobility work, and lifestyle coaching.
Because of this interconnected nature, it's important to have a consultation with your personal trainer to discuss your individual goals, lifestyle, and needs. This allows the trainer to recommend or customize a plan that properly aligns with what you're looking for, ensuring you get the most effective and supportive experience possible.
In-Person Personal Training​

Guidance on what’s necessary, what’s not, and how to use supplements safely (within scope).
In-Person Strength Coaching
​One-on-one powerlifting-focused sessions, providing hands-on instruction in squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques. Includes form corrections, cueing, spotting, and customized programming.
Small Group Powerlifting Training
​Train with a tight-knit group of 2–5 lifters, offering camaraderie, friendly competition, and coaching in a semi-private environment. Great for those who thrive on group energy with personalized attention.
Meet Prep Coaching
​ Specialized training programs designed to prepare lifters for upcoming powerlifting competitions. Includes peaking cycles, attempt selection strategy, and day-of-meet coaching (in-person or virtual).
