Farris is the founder of Balanced Bodies of SC and a passionate coach dedicated to helping women of all ages build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love for movement.
​
Her career in personal training began in 2019 after earning her ISSA certification. Since then, she has expanded her expertise by completing an Associate in Science degree, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, and earning certification in Body Tempering in 2023.

With a background in sports and years of training under various coaches and mentors, Farris has developed a deep understanding of exercise physiology and nutrition. Her passion for supporting women was further shaped by her own experiences navigating postpartum challenges, including gut health issues and hormonal imbalances. These experiences deepened her commitment to holistic wellness and helped form her approach, which emphasizes stress management, nutrition, and personalized training strategies.

Farris believes that movement is medicine—capable of healing, energizing, and transforming both body and mind. Her coaching style focuses on sustainable, individualized training that meets each client where they are, with an emphasis on building strength, improving mobility, and developing confidence through mindful movement. Her goal is to make fitness not only effective, but also empowering and enjoyable.
